Starting quantities: Many basic knit or casual styles can often start in the low hundreds of pieces per style, depending on fabric, factory, and complexity.
Production window: Plan around 60 to 90 days after sample approval and order confirmation, plus freight.
Costing drivers: Fabric, trims, finishing, volume, compliance needs, and freight shape FOB. Share a brief for current direction.
Market calendars: US and Canadian programs usually need a longer ocean calendar than Northern Europe. Share the warehouse or in-store date early.
